WHO WE ARE

First Ideal is a personal training business, run from a studio-style home gym, without the price tag of fitness club trainers or the hassle of after-work crowds. Whether you're looking for strength and conditioning during the off-season, mobility training to increase flexibility and range of motion, more exercise in to trim some fat, or just more activity in your day-to-day life, First Ideal can meet you where you're at, and get you where you want to go.

YOUR STRENGTH, YOUR STYLE

With First Ideal, you have the opportunity to make your fitness your own. Our range of power-lifting equipment is tried and tested, but if functional strength is more your speed, then you can make use of our carry implements such sandbags, kettlebells, farmers walk handles, or fat-grip trap bar. Looking for something more dynamic? We have you covered with an array of HIIT, resistance, and movement-based workouts that will be sure to work up a sweat.

READY TO WORK? LET'S GET STARTED

1

CONSULTATION

If you're interested in training, please reach out to me through the Contact Me page. From there, we'll start with free consultation to discuss your goals, activity levels, physical health, any questions or concerns you may have, etc. This ensures that we're on the same page about what you want from training, and how we can get you there together.

2

SCHEDULING

If you decided to move forward after the initial consultation, the next step is to talk scheduling. We'll determine what frequency works best with our schedule and yours, and get you on the books. Check out my Coaching and FAQ pages for more details on pricing and booking, cancellations, and more.

TRAINING

Your first session is where we will lay the foundation of your fitness journey. As your Coach, it’s my job to push you out of your comfort zone, if your goals call for it, while keeping you feeling good enough to keep coming back. Training is a two-way street — I can’t give you the progress on my own, so be prepared to work.
